HIV/AIDS care and treatment programs in ICAP/CHS are aimed at providing comprehensive care that meets the needs of People Living with HIV/AIDS (PLWHA). The efficiency with which the operations are carried out to support these activities is key to the organization and its affiliates in patient care. It was therefore, important to implement performance management system to enhance staff efficiency and effectiveness for patient care, treatment and logistical management in the organization to achieve its vision of enhancing universal access to health interventions and services in resource constrained environment.
